I took my laptop to iNFLUX PC repair and talked to Brad about the problem....the problem turned out to be a hard drive issue...Brad found out that there was still some warranty time on the hard drive and sent it back to HP....HP took their time checking out and finally returning a new one back to Brad....during this time Brad checked several times with HP and always texted me letting me know what was going on...Great Job Brad....also several weeks later I had a problem with my desktop connecting with Internet...I sent a text and asked about a solution...Brad got into my desktop remotely and tried several things and spent a lot of time, but unfortunately could not fix situation...Brad did not have to even try as it was a different computer but took time out of his day to help....I would recommend iNFLUX to anyone having computer issues...Thanks again Brad....
