  • First I want to state that my dads person was amazing'l! Rick was kind and caring and was great to hang around. He was the only bright spot in this whole thing. My real problem is with their business practices. My first visit was Thursday night. I told them many times that I had a strict budget and I couldn't put a lot of money down. They said no problem they will work with that. They showed me an affordable car in my budget. They kept me there till 10pm to tell me that the only way I could get that car was to get a co signed. That was a go. But they told me if I come in tomorrow they would have another option for me. I said okay. I came in the next day and they showed me a very nice spark. But for my entire visit I kept asking about the payments because of my budget. They told me not to worry about it. Jerry in particular reassured me that it would fit into my budget. I got there at 6pm and I didn't leave till almost 11pm! Around 10:30 I was finally called into the financial office and told my payment would be well above my budget! I was PISSED!! I went straight out and co fronted Jerry as to why it wasn't in my budget when all day I was assured it would be. I went home that night extremely upset because two nights where wasted on trying to work with this dealership. Save your time and money and don't go here. They will just jerk you around for hours on end and lie straight to your face.
