Monteal never stops surprizing, Rialto theatre was a perfect weekend discovery. Yes, it is very beautiful and it turned out to be a wonderful venue for tango show performed by Argentinian professional musicians and dancers. The theatre has a cabaret like set up, the floor has tables and booths, big bar at the back of the hall, the balcony offers extra seats and is steep allowing good view of the stage. Just be careful when choosing the first row, there are projectors attached to the fence that may obstruct your visibility. The drinks offered at the bar are reasonably priced and you can bring your glass of wine with you on the balcony and consume during the show, which I loved as I normally rush to finish my drink during the intermission. The sound system is solid, there was a little hiccup with the sound of the violin during the orchestra perfomance, but I guess the sound technician was a little bit distracted. Overall great night in beautiful environment and now I'm looking for other shows to attend.
