I'd give this store no stars if I could
We were in there for at least 10 min before anyone spoke to us. We were the only customers w 3 employees talking w one another. When I finally spoke w someone I asked about a warranty issue w my backpack that I had for 9 months. At first the gal looked at it and told me she'd never seen it before as though it weren't authentic. I explained I purchased it in Cancun but couldn't find the receipt. She told me I would need to contact the Cancun store in order to open any warranty issue. I shouldn't have to contact the store for $2400 purchase....that should handled by them.
After about 45 min of wasting my time they refused to help me. Even after I pulled up the transaction on my cc statement.
I called the customer service number they stated I should have no problems and not need my receipt. Shame on them for their lack of customer service....I will NEVER purchase from this location.
