  • Bill is rude and unprofessional. This company is obviously having financial problems. If you make a deposit for a dive and it has to be cancelled due to weather or not enough divers have reserved do not expect a refund. If you purchase equipment and it turns out to be defective don't expect an exchange or refund either because Bill is a RIP OFF ARTIST.
