  • Sergio the store manager is incompetent and dishonest. I brought my 2013 NISSAN titan in for a front pad slap. I was told after presenting the coupon for 99.99 that my rotors were warped. After seeing and feeling the rotors and them being completely smooth I knew he was full of shit. I asked him to put the tire back on and I was out of there. I then brought my titan to the big o on rancho. David the assistant manager was great. He did the brake job for the coupon price and turned the rotors. Imagine that Sergio my rotors weren't warped and could be turned. If its dishonesty like this that makes you your bonuses you should get out of this business.There is people like me that will call corporate. I hope the district manager takes David the assistant Manager from the rancho store and promotes him and fires your ass!
