  • I'm sad to have to write a negative review because I really wanted to like this place and have a place to take my son to get his haircut when he doesn't get it done by family. We had the first appointment today and my son was looking forward to getting his hair cut. He typically has no issues getting his hair cut and has never even worried that it would hurt. The hairstylist was abrupt and rough with my son. She would hold his head down roughly, use the tools without warning him that it would be loud, and spray his hair without warning. Each time she sprayed, she would get it in his face. She'd ask him to look at her, then spray him... and wonder why he wouldn't look at her again. When she cut the hair on his forehead it got in his eyes and she didn't do anything. At one point she used clippers and told him roughly, "Don't move or I will cut you!" It scared him and he kept saying it hurt. In the parking lot I cleaned off the hair from his neck and face that she didn't bother to remove, then explained she must have had a bad day. We will be looking for another salon for him.
