  • I've been to this place twice now. The first time I had Kristine and askedto try the gel nails out for the first time. I was very clear I wanted gel on my fingers and traditional polish on my toes. She kept telling me gel on my toes will last long time and I said polish on my toes lasts a long time I don't want to or need to pay more for something that'll lasts months with the cheaper method. Kristine did an excellent job with my nails. Due to an unexpected vacation I actually had the gel manicure for almost a month and no chips. However she "accidently" put the first layer of the gel polish on my toes and even though I had explicitly said no gel on my toes she also had no problems charging me an extra $25 for the gel on the toes. I did get from her a promise that when I came back to get my polish switched that they would not charge me the extra $5.00 to remove the gel from the toes. They tried insisting that I pay the $5.00. Which pissed me off. You scammed me into paying $35.00 more you can't honor your promise to waive the $5.00 and I had still tipped generously despite how much her mistake had cost me. Greedy Bastards. Kristine was there when I went back and also tried to wiggle out of her promise that they wouldn't charge me the extra money to remove the polish. Unprofessional bad business practices. She did not do my next gel manicure and it had chipped in less than 24 hours of me doing nothing more than binge watching a whole season of Daredevil on Netflix. I will not return and if Kristine hadn't had done such a fabulous job on the first set of my nails I would've given them 1 star for their unethical business practices alone.
