  • Yes! Finally, a Milk Tea\Shaved Ice\Sno\Boba place in Uptown! My Tea is situated at the former location of Zookz (now next to AJs), across from Brophy College Prep. They've made excellent use of the space. Lots of tables, clean, modern lines. Service was very friendly, prompt and helpful. But all I wanted to know was if they could make a good Taro Smoothie w/ Boba. Turns out they make a great one! Something their closest competitor, Snoh, cannot claim (too chalky, tastes off). I've had a taro smoothies\slushies with boba at exactly 13 different shops around the valley ( except for two in San Diego). After 20 years of this being my go to flavor combination, I figure I am a connoisseur of sorts. I am very pleased to report that My Tea would be in my top three. Oh, and my husband said his Bob Marley Tea (hemp milk with tropical flavors) was excellent. We will return and best wishes to you guys!
