  • The worst car dealer in the USA. I am contacting the KIA corporation and complaining to them directly. I hope Findlay has to close it's doors forever. They take my wife's car in for trade for a new Forte and then don't pay it off. They hide in the back for three months until we get calls from the loan company asking for payment. We explain we traded it in and they have no record of it. We call the dealership and they say it is all set and was taken care of. The sales men are ver pushy and very very dishonest. It takes another 2 months to find the old car with the help of the old finance company. We then get a bill from a tow company saying they have the car and we owe $4000 for storage because they towed the car from the dealership, but they never had the car he was a friend of the salesman. We soon find out the car is hid at the dealership and the old finance company gets their car back 7 months later. This dealership is the worse and should be out of businesses. I did 7 tours in the middle east dealing with bad people and should never have been treated this way by my fellow Americans. I guess this is how Findlay supports the troops, they should be ashamed of themselves. Please anyone looking for a new or used car go to another dealership and help put these bad people out of businesses forever, and only support a car dealership who loves our country and really does support the troops.
