It's nice... AT FIRST
The first few months were wonderful. The building is so quiet and honestly you rarely see your neighbors.
The parking garage is my number one issue. 1. They give you a sticker that you MUST put in your window 2. They don't enforce the parking. Guests are supposed to park on the 5th floor but don't follow this rule 3. Because of the fact that they don't enforce this there are many times when you cant find a parking spot. 4. Because the parking is all within a garage, the entire garage floor is covered in brake dust. If they would clean this more often it wouldn't be an issue. Because they don't maintain it enough, the brake dust gets on your shoes and you track it inside to the lovely WHITE carpets.
The maintenance is supposed to be 24 hours. Let me first say the maintenance guys are WONDERFUL. They are always helpful and very polite. HOWEVER, I believe that if a building says the maintenance is 24 hours they should honor that. On a Saturday at about 3pm I noticed my fridge had stopped working and was already getting significantly warm. I had just been grocery shopping 2 days prior and bought A LOT of food. I also make homemade baby food for my daughter and had just made a large quantity. I filled out the maintenance request and wrote on there that this was a high priority. All day long I waited and no one came. Around 9am the next morning I got a call, they came and fixed it in 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES! By the next morning we were only able to save a portion of the items with the coolers and tubs we had on hand.
Overall, I would say if you don't mind dirty floors, and you know how to fix things on your own then move on in. Otherwise look elsewhere.
