  • I have been to this place a few times and each time I go the associates there seem ruder and ruder. I took a basket full of barely worn baby clothes. Understand some peoples expectations of barely worn or clean are different, but I am very picky about clothing, not so much name brand but clean. About 15 minutes after dropping the basket off they called to say it was ready for pick up. I went over and the girl at the counter treated me like I was a idiot. They took about 15 items (ironically some were from a previous purchase there so double used) so great I was fine with it as I know they have needs at different times. The issue was when I got home and read the reasons why they would not take was pilling, stains and one other ridicules reason. There were items still in the basket with tags, sleepers that my son wore only once or not at all. I went again through every piece of clothing to find this so called stain and pilling to ease my thought not I was not seeing what the young lady saw and nothing. Even the white X-Mas outfit was spotless. Thank you for making it easy to share my irritations with hundreds and making it even easier to not take or buy anything from your store again :-)
