  • Ive worked in Real Estate for 20 years and I've seen professional well run management companies and money grabbing inefficient companies. This one is for sure the latter. So many extra "mandatory" fees and none of it goes to the property. All in their pockets. Agents are untrained and don't know how to do simple over the phone services. Long holds. Inefficient. I hope this serves as a warning of the sneaky practices of FSR. Even after people have sold their homes they continue to get monthly bills. DONT HIRE THESE CROOKS.
