  • Worst experience ever. The service awful...The girl that was doing my nails didn't have experience at all... She half cut my cuticle .. filed my nails but left them uneven and the worst part was that even after I showed her the colors and a picture on my phone of what I wanted (I chose 3 different nail polish colors) and payed in advance as per her request... She wouldn't put on the nail polish because I was expected to pay additional 5 dollars for having one nail on each hand with a 3rd color!!!!! Apparently for them this counts like a design and is $5 dollars more expensive. To me that sounds already too much but I wouldn't have complained if it have had been specified in the price list... Or if she had told me when she asked me to pay the 15 dollars for a regular manicure... Naturally I complained and asked to talk to the manager which made the experience even worse, a young guy showed up with a very rude and unhelpful attitude... No sense of customer service at all... He wouldn't listen to any of my questions or complaints and the only thing he kept saying was "this is the price we charge here". Again, it wasn't advertised anywhere and more over the attitude was totally rude... In the end I left the place with an bad unfinished service (no nail polish) and with a disappointing and frustrating feeling....definitely I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
