When visiting my former hometown, I usually hit all the Pittsburgh traditional food spots. Dor-Stop, is now added to that list, as I REALLY enjoyed my breakfast there, even though we never really went there as kids. Street parking was readily available. Very friendly staff greeted us upon walking in and sat us at a clean table right away. I'm sure had this been a weekend we would have been waiting. The coffee bar up front is a nice option for diners/caffeine seekers on the go. The food is to die for. I had French toast with bacon and potato pancakes, all of which were top notch. The potato pancakes were better than any diner in NJ I've been to, and that's saying alot. The French toast was dipped in cinnamon sugar before cooking which gave it an extra sweet crisp crunch. My wife really enjoyed the scrambled eggs and home fries. My coffee was never empty, and for under 30 bucks we had one of the best meals of our trip so far. Highly recommended
