  • The repair shop is the villain when they try to lie and steal from their customers. It's been over two years and my catalytic converter is still fine. One thing I didn't mention in the initial review was the fact that your guys never even touched the car. I watched them as they popped the hood and did absolutely nothing. No test, nothing. Then you came out with the estimate. You tried to cheat me and failed.
