To the hispanic community, please don't embarrass your self by going into the Peoria facility. I felt that this facility is racist and prejudice.
I dealt with a sales man and the "area sale manager" and to my surprise in this day an age there are those whom still have no customer service skills. The "area sales manager" lacks customer service skills. For some reason he felt he needed to reiterate that there was a restocking fee, which did not bother me. What bothered me was that the "area sales manager" kept on focusing on a restocking fee as if this would make me change my mind about the return. Not only did that happened to me but also the slender yet older white male (as if there were any other race in the front of the house) was completely rude to me. At first this slender yet older man, pretended to help me...which is why I thought I could direct my self to him, he rudely shushed me when I had a question and then just ignore me with out an apology needless to say, the "area sales manager was watching all this, the "area sales manager did apologize which was the only trace of customer service from the talented "area sales manager". I believe customer service is an art and not many can master it. Saying a negative should not need to be done in a rude manner.
Unfortunately I am not able to post a -0 star.
My time is very valuable, I actually felt the need to let you all know their level of service, thats how disgusted I felt after walking in to the Peoria facility, enough to have to finally post something on the net.
