  • I rented a property from this company for 5 1/2 yrs. Why 5 1/2 yrs with a absolutely horrible management company? Well I absolutely pride my self on being a very understanding and patient person. Especially dealing with a middle man or third party.The list is absolutely too long to post for the general public to comprehend and keep interest what it is to deal with Mr. Payam Raouf. Whether it be your pool, appliances, irrigation, garage door, or any general problem with your rental. Expect a very long time to even be able to get a response on their portal service they have set up. Or just to be able to talk to someone who can handle your specific problem. The only thing ever that was met with a quick response is when our air-conditioner failed. But, we all know living in Arizona that can become a huge lawsuit if not addressed quickly.(Landlord Tenant Act) Total lack of respect for his fellow man/woman and no professionalism period!!! Yes a lot of people on yelp and other social sources seem to only post when something is negative about a company. I have been in the customer service business for almost 15 years and this is the only time I have taken time to actually complain about a company on a public platform. More specifically an individual. Get your feedback from other sources than their website praising Mr. Raouf. Please Please Please do your research on this company. The simple fact that this company has property owners, PROPERTY OWNERS!!! attesting to their horrible business practice along with tenants is a huge testament to the character of the company.
