  • Not all pork is created equal...the pork here is so much more, um..."porky" than other stands at the market or anywhere else period. I only buy pork at The Pork Chop Shop now. Along with the unseasoned chops, my favorite already seasoned are the Spanish and Cajun rubbed chops. Pork is their craft and they have perfected it!
