  • I would like to thank HOV for not being present in my grandmother's final week, forcing family to buy supplies, and again not being present unless called upon. And even then the nurses only visiting for 5-8 minutes at most. The first nurse Ericka, glancing into the room and stating to the family "she's just tired and needs to sleep" as it was clear my grandmother was actively dying. No support from social work, no aides, no spiritual support. Nothing until the time of death. Dozens of other families that I know have had similar experiences with HOV, don't be fooled by their claim to be the most compassionate.
