  • To Fix It needs to look closer when promoting companies. For instance, they are promoting ALCOA LANDSCAPE SPECIALISTS - this company is a complete scam. They hire sub-contractors (not a problem with that) - however they do not pay their sub-contractors. - this has been a problem for a long time - in fact, they have already lost one ROC license because of all the complaints from both sub-contractors and customers - now they have a new license in his wife's name. His name is Alvin Ross - BEWARE of him and his company - ALCOA LANDSCAPE SPECIALISTS. Anyone who hire him, runs the risk of having a mechanics lien placed on their home because the sub-contractors need to be paid. All of this can be verified - information is public at the ROC and just look at the complaints already posted online.
