rev:text	LIVID. Purchased 200 dollar groupon for Dysport. Took me 3 weeks to get an appointment. Drove 60 min and took time off work. As I googled directions for this place, I started reading reviews... HORRIBLE reviews. I still went to my appointment. There were 2 other woman in the waiting room. After 15 minutes of waiting, the receptionist finally turns around to tell us she "has BAD NEWS" I already knew what it was, Oh really? the shipment never made it?! Unlike the others who have left reviews, I confronted this horrible person. I told her I knew this would happen, but was giving her the benefit of the doubt as I did purchase a service!!!.. I let her have it, ripped her a good one. And, let the other customers know that I read over 50 different reviews that she would do this, as well as the products being diluted!!!! It was a true blessing that this happened. Who knows what they are injecting in our faces... I'm assuming its just salt water. This lady/place is a total scam. It disgusts me. I confronted her and told her Ive already read all the reviews and this is the same ole story that she gives all groupon buyers. She said she has never once read a bad review. WHAT???!!!! I only wish I would have read it prior to buying.... After I told her I want ALL of my money back, she tells me "bye-bye. This same person then calls me 20 minutes later, not realizing that it was me that just left the office, and she tells me " we've run out of product this morning, so I hope your not on your way here". SMH. I work with the FDA, the only person that will be going bye-bye is you. I'm demanding an investigation on whats really going on here and contacting the BBB... so go ahead and change your business name once again NOTHING amazing about your "spa" oh, after investigating, I see Ondranique has filed bankruptcy in Feb 2017.... and had her cosmotolgy license revoked last year as well. Ive already canceled my credit card so that she can NOT use for herself in the future as she has done with others. Im seriously considering calling local news to investigate this scam artist and to find out what she is actually injecting in peoples faces.
