I've been looking forward to trying Matt's for a while, and finally had an excuse to grab a Sonrisa Burrito on a quick layover in Phoenix.
Oh well.
Service was somewhat slow - it was after 8pm and one person was working the register and running orders, as far as I could tell, so she would disappear for a few minutes at a time.
The burrito? Big soft flour tortilla. I got sausage, and the sausage was okay, nothing special. The eggs were dry and scant, and the potatoes needed to be in smaller chunks. Flavor was just missing, and the salsa was unimpressive. Overall, I'm glad I tried it, because now I know not to bother. It's probably better if you get a plate with bacon or something baked, judging by the crowds - I just hope that the disappointing burrito was not representative as I like their farm-to-table concept.
