Well the quality of the Instruments is high caliber. We have purchased a guitar and clarinet all with no issues.
However the issues comes into play with scheduling practice lessons and follow follow-ups from having your instrument repaired. No one calls to advise when your instrument is ready, almost lost our daughters clarinet however thank God we had a receipt.
Scheduled for lessons driving 45 min for the appointment, with no one to show up or call. When speaking with management the they still had no clue where the instructor was.
Word to the wise, keep your receipts and don't expect a phone call from them even if they say they will. Discombobulation at it's finest.
