For $5.95 an item, I was surprised by the quality of food and service. Most of the El Furniture locations have a huge line, so I was pleased when we were immediately seated on a weekday evening. The server was polite and efficient, bringing us all our food at the same time, refilling our water, checking up on us, and separating our bills. The food quality is on par with nearby chains like pickle barrel, although the portion is a little smaller. The decor is cute and it's clearly meant for the evening crowd (good selfie lighting in the bathroom mirrors, super loud music, dark lighting). They don't do takeout or reservations though, so aim for an off-peak time.
