  • Had a really good experience at their Rapid Access Clinic. Arrived at 7.40, had 10 people in front of me and was seen at around 9.10. Yes, you might have to wait for what might be a couple of hours but I don't think you can really complain about that giving that with a regular dermatologist you'd have to wait a few months for your appointment. The interior of the clinic is very aesthetically pleasing with a lot of seats in the waiting area to accommodate everyone since it's a pretty busy place. The receptionists were really nice and started registering patients even before the clinic officially opened. I got to see doctor Wu and she was one of the most likable doctors I've ever visited. Even though it was during walk in hours I didn't feel like the appointment was rushed at all. She took time to ask questions about my condition, explain the course of treatment she was prescribing, and answer my questions. Will be back again!
