  • Way to go Macy's for having an outstanding young lady at your Lancôme counter. I had lost my entire make up bag and had been frantically trying to track it down the entire day. When I was resigned to the fact that it was gone, I went to Clinique to buy the items again. I asked if she could do a make over since I obviously was not wearing any makeup! Maybe try some new colors and such. The Clinique lady was kind but said she could not do it that day she was quite busy. Then a young lady named Ahturi said she could do one but explained that she worked at Lancôme. I usually only wear Clinique do to makeup allergies and declined. She said if anything was reacting she would quickly remove it. We had so much fun and she lifted my spirits. She kept checking to see if I had any reaction. She did show me many items that vary from my usual that I really liked. I ended up buying Lancôme for the first time, even though here was no gift with purchase. Huge for me since I wait for those. She had me feeling so good that when it was five and she was off I tried one last time to the steakhouse that was now open. Guess what? They had found my makeup bag! She was so adorable. She said I knew you would find it! This young lady will make an amazing cosmetologist in the future, (she wants to go to school for that) Lancôme and Macy's you are blessed to have her working for you.
