Brought my Mini in for a recall and the work was taken care of in a professional manner. Josh also informed me about another problem that I decided to take care of at the same time. (I can only hope that the "problem" truly existed as t cost $450.00.) Having a Mini means taking it in to the dealership for parts, etc. as my outstanding local repair department can't service any major Mini issues. (I live in the far East Valley so it's a long drive) But, Mini of Tempe treats a customer well, thoroughly discusses any issues they find with the car and keeps me informed as to the status of the work being done. I usually get a company loaner but none were available on this occasion so Mini sent me to Enterprise and took care of all details. All in all, I am pleased with the experiences I have had at Mini of Tempe and I LOVE my Mini Cooper!! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Mini from them.
