  • Half of my rooms at my house went out Friday. I am new to the area and didn't know who to call so I asked Siri for help. I ended up calling at 3 pm this company. The electrician who works for them came in, went upstairs to my bathroom GFI plug, took it out and observed it. He then asked where my electrical box was outside, took a look at it, told me the four of the switches were turned off, turned them on and reset my my 3 GFI's. Thus took approximately 20 minutes. My bill was $228.00 at 4:30 pm. Their company is a 24/7 company and I felt this amount was very steep. Had he checked my outside electrical box first he would see that the problem was the switches, turned them back on, reset the GFI's and possibly the bill may have been lower. I wanted to share this with others so possibly this will not happen to them. I am a 69 year old woman on a limited income that does not have this kind of extra money. Thank you. Sharon
