  • I normally wont blast a restaurant on yelp, but this time I had too, especially when spending a lot of money for a great dining experience, and also at a celebrity chefs restaurant. We came to Searsucker Las Vegas on Christmas day. We have been to the one in San Diego for drinks, and it was so good we wanted to try vegas. Well it was disappointing. Especially when the GM of the restaurant is leaning agains the counter by the open kitchen, looking out to the tables while constantly being on his phone. We were there for 2 hours and for the 2 hours he was on his phone and didnt look up or come to any tables. The open kitchen is ment to he a show for the dining guests. Everytime i would look up to watch the show I was so distracted by the eye sore of the main manager engulfed in his phone. Grant it he may have been checking important emails but for goodness sake go off the floor to do so. Very taky. Very unprofessional. When i mentioned this to other people they also experienced the GM on his phone. Bad dining experience wont be back.
