  • beware!! zero zero zero this is a nightmare do not come here, i am warning you. I shoulda read the yelp reviews before i came here, They are the worst rated in town. From my experience today, they are really bad at grooming & also very rude, worst groomers in town! they gave my dogs a hairccut that made their job easy!!they shaved it all off! they do not care what you want! lazy people, they look damn lazy too it shows !! they f***ing shaved my dogs bald all throughout, even the damn eyelashes. before i left my shihtzus ,i told them to make it short on the body because it has some matted , trim a little bit on the face & leave the whiskers alone, give them like a bearshape fluffy cut on the face,, now 2hrs later when i came to pick my two shihtzu.. so unrecognizable, they are completely bald.. .. they told me that they had to do it like that because i neglected my dogs wtf who says that!!! dude you dont even know me and i do take care of my dogs well! .. my shihtzus dont even look like shihtzus anymore,,,, they are completely bald!!,, they shaved it all off even the eyelashes & the whiskers.. everything off.. when they notice my dissatisfaction, both of the groomers were raising their voice and getting mad because i wasnt happy with the lousy groom .. I told them that they should have called me if they cant do the job because i would have taken my dogs somewhelse who knows how to follow what kind of groom the customers want for their dogs. i am a paying costumer & yes i did pay the full 100$ . now that im down $100, i will make sure to tell my friends to avoid this place just because i dont want anyone to go through this, they are scammers because they do not fit the description of a dog groomers, they want to do the easy job which was to shave them bald!! im regretting this decision of ever taking my dogs here.. take your dogs somewhere else!!!
