  • Over all we had a great experience at the Palms. This hotel is not far from the strip. It is in a great location, minutes to the strip, downtown, museums and Chinatown. They offer free shuttles to the Forum Shops at Caesars if you don't have a car. The associates at the front desk, housekeeping and security were extremely professional, accommodating and helpful. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. I sat on the chaise sipping wine and taking in the awesome view of the city from the room. YES, they offered me an upgrade and I didn't see any additional cost on my bill. They have eateries that will fit anyone's budget from an onsite McDonalds, pizza, cafe to an award-winning steakhouse. The spa was awesome, it revive and replenished my body and soul. The pool area was also impressive. It's small, classy but very relaxing. I was also surprised by all of the bad reviews I read on them before writing this, I really don't even have a complaint and it just seems odd that so many people had such a drastically different experience than I. Overall, great hotel and I will definitely return and recommend others the same.
