  • The DeBelle team are great at capturing your business. We had a great experience on our wedding day with the photo and video team. We were asked to pay in full immediately after the wedding which we did, unfortunately. Our wedding was over a year ago and to date, we have only received our thank you cards (which were printed on the cheapest stock possible). We paid close to 10k to work directly with the owner Jeff. Prior to the wedding he was responsive and called us, now we are an after thought. Our album is on its way after several edits. The first version was very amateur and they forgot to put pics of my wedding party!!! We have yet to see any proof that a video was even filmed. We've been told there are staffing issues and we "should" get a first review over 15 months AFTER our wedding. Don't be fooled by DeBelle's great sales pitch, most of their online reviews are from couples that have just finished working with them (they are professional and their demeanour on the wedding day itself is great!). Once your wedding day is over you will struggle to get anything delivered except for excuses followed by being ignored. Then, when you start asking for more details and updates they start being rude. They never call only email so good luck getting in touch with someone. If you work with them DO NOT PAY IN FULL until you receive your product. We had a lovely wedding, it's a shame Jeff and his team aren't helping us capture and save the memories like we paid and expected them to.
