  • Bought a Samsung gear fit 2 three weeks ago. Three. It stopped working today so I took it back in to exchange it. They refused to exchange my defective product because I didn't purchase their extra protection plan, nor was I an elite rewards member. The store manager also either lied to me or just doesn't know anything and told me to contact the manufacturer for an exchange. All the manufacturer can do is repair it. Basically stay away from best buy because unless you spend thousands of dollars with them they don't care about providing decent customer service. The girl at the customer service desk and the Samsung rep were nice though.
