  • This place is a joke. I bought a protection plan for a bike I bought, I tried to use it. But I was told the reciept does not have the purchase of the plan. Even though it was clearly stated. I was told it was entered incorrectly and therefore, void. So now I'm stuck with an item I spent 300.00 dollars on and doesn't work because it was assembled wrong, and can't get it fixed because walmart does not have decent basic employee training, nor do the managers hold anybody accountable. Do not ever shop this location. I would rate a zero if I could.
