  • I am a novice, and am installing a ceramic plank wall in my house. Joe was awesome, and helped me throughout the process of tooling up, and suggested specific grouts, tools, and certain pitfalls I may experience without prior planning (one was measuring to ensure planks on both sides are cut to balance the room verses building from one side to another. Another was describing which type of grout to use for my specific job). He helped load my cart, and ensured I had someone load my car. I will even attend a class held there on Saturday at 2pm. They were extremely helpful, and kind.
