  • Checked out FRANK AND LUPE'S OLD MEXICO in Old Town Scottsdale for the first time on the recommendation of a local. We went before our Giants spring training game and got seated right away. I had the chicken enchilada and beef taco combo and their massive $16 dollar marg. It was served in one of those huge chavela glasses and was stiff. The food returned shortly and was delicious, and the server was on point. I've had a few other down home Mexican spots in Old Town, but I think this was the best. 4 stars.
