  • So many things wrong with this company, I'm not even sure where to begin. We had a slab leak, called home warranty company, and here came do it right pluming. We had no hot water for 3 weeks, NO water for 5 days, broke a can light, they put cracks in our BRAND NEW drywall, they caused leaks in our ceiling, and the total time for them to fix everything was 6 weeks.... -Horrible communication, both within the company to each other, and to the customers. -Never on time. -The knowledge of the plumbers is not extensive, they don't really seem to know nearly as much as other plumbers. -They might damage something in the process. -The scheduling is so bad, i'm not even sure how they function and operate. -The time frame is going to take much longer using them. IF you are going to go through with them, make sure that you check multiple websites for reviews, and check their contractor license, because they have practiced without a license before...don't believe me? look it up for yourself. If anyone wants me to share my emails with you, let me know. As i have proof, pictures, time frame, documented phone calls too. Oh and don't bother calling them before 0900, they wont answer. and after 1600 its very difficult getting through as well. They say that their hours are 0900-1700.
