  • We walked in and the guy behind the desk was wearing a hoodie and shorts (after working the front desk in a hotel for a year, this is just unacceptably unprofessional). After he could not find our reservation, he just gave us a blank look and left us to deal with it ourselves. After making several phone calls, we resolved the issue without any help or courtesy from the staff. Then our room REEKED of cigarette smoke and mold and we had to request another one. This took forever, as the spacey, unenthusiastic front desk staff tried to move us... The rooms are all very old and smell musky...in serious need of replacing towels, sheets, and general maintenance to the property. Another couple in our party had water leaking from their ceiling. It completely soaked one of their beds... They just slept in the other bed so as not to have to deal with the staff again!
