rev:text	Here is what happened to me...sorry for the long post... Had been here several times for manis/pedis. Brought in family members and friends. Had good experiences. Went a cpl weeks ago w a girlfriend for mani/pedi. Requested Billy. He talked me into getting Gel polish. I expressed concerns, he assured me while pointing to his name tag that he was the best and there would be no issues. But said if there were any probs within a week he would be happy to fix them. For about 3 days they looked great. Then i noticed that on 5 of my nails the gel polish started to lift off almost like an acrylic nail would. So i went back to Billy to have them fixed. Problem #1 was that when he redid the nails he only did 4/5 of the lifting nails and said that the 5th one would be fine....??? ok. problem #2, even though he had used the same gel color for the fix, it looked totally different...he explained that my original color had faded and this is common for gel polish and they do not know why. The difference was dramatic. So now i have some nails a pretty shiny light pink color and the others a dull peach. But Billy assured me the new color would soon fade to match the old. So of course within another day that 5th nail that he said would be fine began to come off. Now i have mismatched nails and one coming off. Looked really classy. Now im upset bc i have to go back and get that nail fixed when it should have been fixed the time before. Now about 6 more days go by and guess what? the color that Billy promised me would fade to match the others has not even faded a little. Still have mismatched nails. and obviously he did something wrong on the original job to cause them to turn peach. I go back to show him to see what he can do. He tells the receptionist to have me come back the next day and he will just take them off and refund my $. I guess that is more cost/time effective than fixing them. ok whatever. Go back next day. He tells receptionist to tell me to wait for a COUPLE minutes until he was done with the job he was doing. Meanwhile i am explaining to receptionist what happened and she said she cannot blame me and seemed like she meant it after seeing the botch job on my nails. Now i am angry bc i am waiting patiently w my 4yo daughter and his COUPLE mins turned into 35!!! So i sit down w Billy. He is not saying a word to me. obviously he is annoyed that i am back. I should be the one who is annoyed having to go back a 3rd time and wait like that. After he takes the gel polish off he hands me the $ back and tells me to PLEASE TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! I was shocked and embarassed and insulted! I cannot believe i am now banned from going there after i had become a good customer and would have continued to be. I had to go back multiple times for Billy to fix ONE job. i had never complained about any other service i received from them. It was a huge slap in the face especially bc of the business i had brought them from friends fam and coworkers but also bc i was going to use them to do mani pedis for my upcoming wedding for myself, fam and entire bridal party. So i guess its a good thing bc the last thing i need is another botch job for my wedding. I am happy for them that they are doing so well to be able to afford to treat good customers that way and i am happy to take my business elsewhere! Again, sorry this is so long but i wanted everyone to know exactly what happened.
