  • If you're looking for a good, caring, honest man with integrity to be your dentist look no further. Dr. Tomaro and his staff are excellent. They treat you like family and you aren't just a number in which they just see claims to be filed like most dentist here in Vegas. I've been struggling with finding a good dentist and after calling around, I found Nicole (office manager) who answered the phone to be the most pleasant, caring, and understanding of all. She put me at ease as I explained my situation with my insurance. She worked with me and scheduled an appointment. What a blessing! My experience from the time I walked in the door until the time I left was phenomenal. Coming from someone who has anxiety going to the dentist, I cannot wait until my next appointment. The hygienist was also very caring and informative and helped educate me about what I need to do to help with the issuses I currently have. I highly recommend Dr. Tomaro as you will not regret it.
