  • We had one of our AC unit condensers shut down because the capacitor that starts the fan went bad in the heat. We called the company we've used in the past for this type problem and they didn't pick up the phone or call back so we went down the Yelp list and found Controlled Comfort. They not only picked up the phone but in the middle of the 110+ degree heat wave indicated that they would fit me into their schedule because of us boiling hot in the house. They gave me updates of their arrival time through the day and into the night until they arrived at 8:30PM. You would expect that perhaps they would try to rip you off with an out of hours visit but they didn't. They gave a very fair price which was actually about $500 LESS than what a company charged a neighbor for a similar recent repair. I'm very pleased, will highly recommend them and they are our new go to company for AC
