I purchased a punch card for 12 bouquets for $25, and was looking forward to getting a small bouquet once a month. I can honestly say that I would not do it again. I've never once been pleasantly surprised by the few flowers that I go out of my way to pick up (4 flowers max). Maybe I expect too much, but I recently got a beautiful bouquet of red tulips from a grocery for $2.99. My April bouquet from Bobbie's consisted of two carnations and two other nondescript "filler" flowers. Three of them were white. It seems as though they fulfill their obligation to provide a bouquet but don't go an extra inch.

I appreciate your response, although it seems rather counterindicative to running your long-standing business. I would imagine that you would have wanted to make it right, rather than telling any customer to take their business elsewhere. I can never quite understand any business that takes that approach, and there are a few. It's as though you're saying that it's not worth the effort. If you had simply said something to the effect of, "That's too bad. The next time you come in, let the ladies know that you would like something a bit more colorful or specify a few flowers you might enjoy.", it would have demonstrated better customer service.
