  • I have been going through the dental implant process since Oct 2011. This isn't my regular dentist office but Dr. Shahin Madi was who had been doing my work was visting this dentist and i thought i should stick with the same guy. I had my appointment last Monday and everything went well, i was in a lot of pain and the only number he gave me was his cell, so i called about 2 times since then and he said not to worry. The second time I called him i didn't get an answer so i called my regular dentist to see if they could reach him faster, only b/c i was in a lot of pain. They sent a message for him to get back to me asap. I then got a call from him b/c he felt he was being complained about and this made me feel like i was in the middle b/c his wires got crossed from the message he received from my regular dentist. All i can say is i was left in tears b/c this man felt like his position was at stake! I have found a new dentist and i'm writing to warn everyone that he doesn't make himself very available especially when it comes to the needs of his patients, the tone of his voice really felt like he could have cared less!!!!!
