  • Incredibly abusive, incredibly bad at dealing with people. I called in to inquire about when I should bring my car in after an insurance agent told me to call them for more details. Instead, I got a round of verbal abuse, got called an "asshole", got told "all of you look the same" (my last name is of Asian origin), and that "we don't need your business." I guess they won't get it.
