  • Service - usually the service is amazing, served by the black lady at the counter. However today a older white lady served; it's the holidays zero smile, a smirk and no thank you. She was honestly the grump. Chocolate crunch cookie - i've tried all their flavors over the years and nothing else is worth it. Downside is that these cookies are very very expensive. The plane shortbread are honestly not worth the top dollar that they command.
