Horrible Customer service. My new home had a few issues with the plank flooring. Some pieces were cut short exposing concrete, one had something protruding from beneath it and another looks like they rolled a dozer over it. My builder contacted Interior Logic to come fix the issues. I received a call 2 days before confirming I had leftover materials. The day before I got a call from Ed Martinez to confirm appointment which I did. Ed then called me back and asked if i would prefer the "manufacturer" to replace these? I questioned why and if he did not feel his crew could do quality work. He then just confirmed my appointment for June 26th between 0800-1200. At 12pm nobody had shown up or called. I called Ed and he was not sure where they were and said he would call me back. An hour and half later still no show and no calls. I called Ed back and asked for a status. Ed stated..." The crew did not get the work order for your job and I don't have anyone available but let me call my boss to see what I can do". Another 2 hours pass and I again had to Ed for an update. Flat out said we can't get to you. He asked when they could come back and I told Ed that it would need to be on a Saturday I am not taking another day off work. HE gave no answer and said he would call me back in the morning with a schedule. 2 days later and I still have not heard from anyone.
