  • Well, my experience started out great. Worked with Mark, found a car that I loved and bought it. I felt the car was priced very well and appeared to be in immaculate condition. Now, 3 months later the list of issues with this car is a mile long. The car is still under warranty so I will hopefully get most of the issues resolved at no expense....However, this is NOT why I purchased a brand new vehicle. At 15,000 miles the break pads need to be replaced, the alignment is off, the timing was off and the engine runs like a Toyota Corolla and NOT a Lexus. This car barely has enough power to get up the slightest of hills....Bad ticking noise in the engine as well. The list goes on and on and on..... Unlike a previous reviewer, I also noticed quite a few dings and scratches on the car the next day. (I purchased my car at night). I called Mark right away to see if they would take care of them and no call back. He was sure eager for me to write a positive review right away but not to eager to return my calls after the purchase was complete. If you want to purchase a car from this place, please have a mechanic look at it first. If they wont allow you to do that than run....Also be sure to look the car over very carefully. My car was loaded with scratches and dings that they poorly tried to correct with compound.
