| - Very picturesque, interesting and challenging Pete Dye layout, complete with moguls, deep bunkers, water, and railroad ties. The course is in decent shape for this time of year. Pace of play is fine, I can attest to, after a few early morning, weekend tee times. Saw two javelina last weekend on the practice green adjoining the first tee, and I'm told there are snakes in the rough, so if you enjoy Arizona wildlife, an extra plus. The food in the grill is really good, having had the Cuban sandwich, chicken quesadillas, and the club sandwich. Service is friendly, fast, and attentive. Personally, wish they had a better selection of draft beers, but you'll undoubtedly find one to your liking. All in all, a terrific desert golf experience, and value for the dollar.
