  • Woman who answers the phone having a bad life. Asked me what my service animal was for...then said it didn't matter because they do not charge for small dogs...then why ask!!!???!!! I ask her why she asked and she refuses my reservation! Stay away from these people! Yes, much better places to stay in the Valley. The lost art of customer service - highlighted at this location. Stay at your own risk!
